General Info
We have 5 convenient locations across southeastern Louisiana.Bedding Plus is a subsidiary of Doerr Furniture, one of the oldest and most respected furniture stores in New Orleans. In 1938, Charles Doerr Sr. opened Doerr Furniture, a wholesale furniture store on Burgundy Street that set a standard for value and customer service. His business philosophy was simple: stock quality merchandise and treat customers with respect. Today that philosophy lives on through his descendants, the Mutter Family. Now in its fifth generation, Charles Doerr's great grandchildren carry on these traditions.Bedding Plus is proud to donate a Better Nights Sleep! Bedding Plus is a proud partner with Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West Restore which uses sales from generous donations of goods to build homes for the community. The ReStore was established and exists to serve the local community by selling donated new and gently used building materials and home furnishings to the general public, thereby building and furnishing affordable housing at a price otherwise not attainable. Bedding Plus donations help The Restore in attaining their goals and also helps in reducing discarded mattress from going in to the local landfill. Just another way Bedding Plus is committed to the local community.

does your company encourage all managers to stymie free speech occurring outside of your locations? The manager of the Magazine location too it upon himself to come out into the street to berate people campaigning for their political nominee. These people were not stopped at the location or campaigning solely in this area, but were simply waiting for a fellow campaigner to come out of a nearby store. He continued to harass people outside of the store for an extended period of time. We will be calling for a local boycott of this store to protest undue and unprovoked aggression against free speech. Your managers should know better than to harass potential customers in a public place. The street is not his domain. Though we have not campaigned at this location purposefully before. We are now considering it as an ideal location to express our views against such violent and unwarranted censorship by an American company.
