Mid Town Hotel

this place doesn't even deserve one star. its the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed it. its dirty, smells, carpet had hold and bunched up like it was about to be torn out. bed had stains. i slept fully clothed, sweater, pants and socks. good thing i brought my own pillow. customer service was the worst ever! not only did they charge me twice, but they keep giving me the run around saying they will have the manager call me back monday. monday came, no call. i call monday, he's not there, he will call me back. no call back. i called back yesterday and left my name and number again, no call back. apparently, the manager is the only one that knows how to work a computer. they have the snottiest, rude girls working the front desk. now today, i'm supposed to call back at noon to ask for my refund that they messed up on. i'm so frustrated, and have never been so for a stinkin hotel room in my entire life!!! do not EVER EVER stay here, you will regret it!!
