Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Horrible horrible horrible can not say it enough. I will never rent a car from them again and let everyone I know know what type of company this is. They do not train their representatives at all. Had everything set up over phone. It was all ready to go was told all I needed was my drivers license, debit card and utility bill. Also I let them know it was an out of state drivers license abd they said that was fine. Drove 30 minutes one way to get it just for another ignorant person to tell me sorry is an out of state drivers license I need a major credit card. I told him what I was told on the phone by the other representative and he said sorry nothing we can do. I am totally frustrated and confused on how they can say something over phone to get you there and then just turn you down after you were just told it was good to go. Like I said horrible ignorant people. Didn't even try to call higher authority to see if they could do anything. Never again and if my insurance ever puts me in a rental I will tell them that I refuse to go to interprise
