        For 20years, Chef Victor Wang and 0wner Chiara Covelli have reigned over their highly acclaimed restaurant… Zen Forrest… known for its Chinese, Korean, Thai, and other Asian specials. Noteworthy among Asian chefs, Chef Victor and Chiara are passionate wine aficionados, and offer their guests a list of more than 500 bottles from which to choose. When he began looking for a new, larger restaurant, Chef Victor at first thought he might have to leave his beloved New Port Richey. As good things do happen, with the assistance of his new partner, Jay Patel, he found the perfect location on Grand Boulevard in downtown New Port Richey. It will be a large restaurant accommodating over 150 guests, with a chef-hosted Sushi Bar and a sociable, full liquor cocktail bar.
