        This place is absolutely amazing!!!! When I lost all hope, they came through. I called T-mobile and also went to T-mobile in Queens for help with my phone and was told I had to either purchase a new phone or pay $130.00 through my Asurion insurance (both of which I could not afford), but there was someone in one T-mobile near my job who was a sweet and caring person who recommended I take my phone to Jack's place. I did and OMG, they fixed my phone!! YAY!!!! I highly recommend Jack's Place 100%. Thank you Mia and Thank you all at Jack's Place! Elva
