        Park Avenue Laser is owned and operated by Emil W. Chynn, MD FACS MBA, the 1st surgeon in NY to have LASIK himself! Columbia, Harvard and Dartmouth trained and 12000 cases performed! We offer the safest laser vision correction procedures - BECAUSE NOT MAKING ANY FLAP IS SAFER THAN CUTTING ONE. This is great for patients who really didn't want their eyes cut with a flap, either with a metal blade, as in LASIK, or with a laser either, as in IntraLase or i-LASIK. Dr. Chynn stopped cutting flaps in 2003, so now Only performs non-cutting LASEK & Epi-LASEK, which are 10x safer than LASIK/Intralase. Unlike many centers in NYC, all patients are only examined by medical doctors for all their pre-operative and post-operative visits. We are one of the few centers in NYC where not only did the entire staff has had laser eye procedure, but are all now seeing 20/20! Because of both their professional background and their personal experience as laser vision correction patients themselves, our entire staff is the most knowledgeable and sympathetic you will find anywhere. Park Avenue Laser Vision offers 0% financing through Care Credit. If the patients qualify for financing, they can get the surgery for $0 down and 0% interest for 24 months--then pay only $3 per day or less than $100 per month--which is the same amount most people were wasting on contacts/glasses/solutions anyway!

        Best Investment!!

        When I decided to finally go ahead with laser vision correction I knew I wanted to find the best place possible. Like any good patient I did my research and went to a few other centers before deciding on Park Avenue Laser. They were extremely informative and even let me go in the operating room during a surgery so Dr. Chynn as well as the other doctor's could walk me through the process. My various testing took no time at all and within 3 weeks of my initial visit I had my surgery!! I know have 20/15 vision and can't explain the joy waking up everyone morning and be able to see perfectly! I recently flew internationally and was overjoyed with the experience of not having dry eyes and my contacts bothering me on the plane! Park Ave Laser was extremely helpful, informative and gave me one of the greatest gifts possible.
