        Overall

        Good food, great view, on a good night, the crowd makes for a good ambiance. However, the service is atrocious. The management and staff are amongst the worst I've experienced in NYC. What should've been a great time, was actually spoiled by the lack of discipline in customer service. I highly recommend the midtown location.
