South Barbeque Restaurant

The most horrible Service ever....I had a coupon from Restaurants.com and they gave me so much hassle to use it...then like 3 different people asked me to take my order I told all of them I wanted a Beef rib with chicken combo..they brought me out PORK!!!!! I'm highly allergic....they were giving me problems to change my meat to Beef like I asked....then rushed me to eat my food becaUse it was almost closing...horrible manager had a nasty attitude, then I got up to pay for my food and the server just took my food when she obviously saw that I was still eating and had a lot of food left didn't even give me the option to take it home she just threw garbage on top of my plate....I will never spend my hard earned money in there again

Horrible service Horrible Food.

From the servers who take the order to the delivery "Kid". Chicken was raw. I called and ask to speak with the manager and they said " We don't have a manager." After a long talk they decide to fix my order but the delivery "Kid" talk S*** to my son when he pick up the food.

ATTENTION EMPLOYES WITHOUT MANAGER!!! CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR PAYCHECK. BETTER YOU DO MORE YOU MAKE!!!

Food has always been good and the girls working the counter are always pleasant. I think it is one of the Top 5 Chop BBQ spots for chicken in the IB

Rosie Food was good but they have a problem with roaches. after we finished eating our lunch we saw a roach crawling on the wall. when I told the waitress she was " oh yeah we are having problem with roaches"

Food is not that great. You should consider a better, more authentic place. Horrible costumer service !!!

The deserts all had mold and I asked them to delivery fresh ones. Took 3 hours total. Never again

I went in for lunch for the first time with a co-worker and ordered a fish sandwich. My co-worker ordered a chicken sandwich. We waited 45 minutes, all the while the expensive dishes were rolling out; seafood dishes, steak entrees..etc. Three times, the servers that took our order asked us if we were ready to order. Each time they went to the kitchen to check on our order and each time they came out and walked past us with no comment. Their customer service sucks. The cook even came out to share a dirty look with us for interrupting his money platters. After 45 minutes we got our order and went back to work. My first bite I knew something was fishy. I got a piece of raw fish in a sandwich.



I went back after work and asked for a manager. The server said there was none available. She asked me to wait a sec and walked away. She walked past me again and I asked for a card with her manager's name on it. She said "she didn't have anything like that." I then asked her if she even had a manager and if her manager had a name. Again, she asked me to wait a sec and walked away. Then some little guy approached me. I assume he was the manager. I showed him the raw fish and told him there was no excuse for a piece of raw fish after waiting 45 minutes. He said "Ok, Ok..no problem. I told him I just wanted my money back and that I planned to post the pictures online.

This was my first and last time at this place. I guess the moral is, if you only want a sandwich, go elsewhere. Even then I wouldn't trust this place. If I could give zero stars, I would have.

The delivery guy is a human piece of excrement. Until this company realizes that the delivery guy is treating customers like garbage, I will boycott this company. Do NOT order from South Barbeque. The Delivery guy is a snide peice of crap. He will spit in your food, have you waiting for him for a half hour in the street because he doesnt want to come upstairs and he hardly speaks english. Then he will ignore you when you call him 50 times, and when he finally pulls up, he still wont answer your call - just out of being a a*shole. I will never call this company ever agian
