Woodhill Apartments & Townhouses

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have lived in the apartment complex since October 2014 it is currently in the month of August. This was definitely one of the worst decisions I've ever made before .

When we were first looking at the place they said that they would spoof it up by putting new carpet in and a brand-new bathroom for us which they did. We rented out a two bedroom apartment myself my girlfriend and her son . Our hot water tank can barely get through a full shower cycle of myself. I've called and complained about this numerous of times . It literally takes us almost a half a day to get all three people through the wash . My girlfriend is only 5 foot five and she is taller than the fridge . As you know having three people inside of a house and a small fridge usually doesn't work. Once again I was promised all of these new things before I moved in . The dishwasher is the regional dishwasher that came with the unit I would think some updating would be needed .

Since I've lived here I've only had two screens out of five windows . Once again I've numerously called up to complain . Then I finally got two more screens for the living room today one of them fell out and when they're putting in the other one they bent the frame and there's no sense in opening the window because I can stick my hand through The gap.

The apartment building sewage backed up in all leak in the my apartment filled up my whole entire bathtub overflowed my toilet and leaked on the brand-new carpet when I called to get the carpets cleaned she said Janet that the earliest they can get someone out there is Friday this happen Monday. So yes I have been walking through sewage in my carpet very sanitary .

They have one washer and one dryer per building. There are sometimes where I have to do laundry at one or 2 o'clock in the morning or very early this is completely ridiculous. I could continuously go on about how this place sucks so bad if I was you I highly advise you got to rent from there.
