Treasures Old & New

I love Treasures. The staff always greets people as they enter the building. They do their best to offer assistance to the customers in any way they can., The store is very eclectic. You can find just about anything there. The merchandise constantly changes so you always have new exciting things to look at. I'm a very happy customer. Actually I was so impressed with their service I decided to start my own booth. I have had nothing but positive experiences both as a customer and as a working dealer.

I will NEVER go back. I bought a vanity.lt was expensive/not worth the price, missing parts/broken parts. Not my main complaint since I did spend the money on it. I had to take it apart to put it in my car. It was still very heavy. NO ONE offered to help me carry it to my car even when I was carrying the mirror portion. There were three people in the store working. NO ONE offered to open the door (three pieces) for me while I was carrying it out to my car. As soon as it was paid for, they vanished. There were not any other customers in the store while I was there so they weren't waiting on/helping other customers. Their customer service stinks. Their items are over priced. Will NEVER go back and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I gave it one star because it would let me leave it blank even though they deserve ZERO stars.
