My wife and I each purchased glasses from Dr. Chen. The prescriptions were both off and gave us headaches. Dr. Chen refused to correct the issue. We paid over $700 for glasses we can't wear. This place went down hill once it changed ownership. The reviews on here are clearly from paid reviewers. And despite the fact that under Federal regulations an optometrist must give a patient a copy of his or her prescription immediately after an eye exam, Dr. Chen doesn't give you your prescription to force you to continue ordering from her. The dog running around the office is also extremely unprofessional and unhygienic. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK OUT THE ONLINE SITES TO BUY GLASSES#. Same frames I paid $350 are $120, lenses are $95 vs. $250. John Varvatos, Ray-Ban, Polo, Oakley, all the same brands Dr. Chen sells. Kicking myself.

Been here a few times to purchase sunglasses. The staff here always made sure that I am wearing sunglasses that fit my big nose so that I won't get red marks!! I bring my sunglasses back occasionally for adjustments, and they are helpful everytime. One time my temple broke...and they replace it at NO CHARGE because it was under warranty. That is why I like coming to here...if I buy from online or from a department store, there is no warranty at all. If I am investing in a nice pair of shades, I want to make sure that they fit me right and that they are under warranty. I recommend this place to all my friends!
