She is a very rude person I bought a pair earring and the earring was broken and when I took it back to exchange it she called me a liar and said I broke the ear ring why would I break the earring I am a 60 years old woman why would I lie about pair earring I would never go in there again very very rude yelling at me

Owner is very rude and sells defective items the only reason she gave me a store credit is because I seen her gluing the comb to the broken flat iron i just returned with nail glue. She always stated that I am not allowed to use my phone and check reviews on the hair she sales. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere especially since her prices are twice as high as other hair store in 757
