        Overall

        I made a modest online order for some parts for a Gator box rack project. The next day, I get a message apologizing for the fact that they did not have items in stock, and promising expedited delivery! Wow.



        So they get the stuff in within a couple of days and use speedy shipping which they pay for.

        The box contained an amazing assortment of snacks as a "thank you". I got repeat emails advising of status along the way.



        These people not only offer quality products, but take "customer service" very seriously.
