I tried to cancell my month-month membership and i was told i should write a letter to corporate office. This guys have listed 3-4 addreses as corporate, scam !!!
Then they tell you we don't have the letter and they charge you again and again.
I have to say this guys are wery unproffecional and have worst customer "service".
i suggest everybody who wnt to cancel their memberships to cancel their cards that they have on file. otherwise you cant. Why cant people pay in cash? why contracts? Just to scam people, thats why! I wrote a lot letter and i'll continue, tommorow, yahoo, Facebook, Chicago tribune etc.

Worst club to join. Customer service is bad and the sales rep. did not seem interested in what he was doing. Sold a membership one year membership saying thay it was good for two years and collected a total of $568. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. It is an absolute FRAUD.

My wife and I signed up with the general manager at the time. He presented two options to us: one option was $10/mo but did not include classes, the other option was $20/mo but included the classes. After 6 months of going there and to the classes, they got a new GM and now all of a sudden we dont have the premium membership that offers classes anymore and apparently he "lied to us" about the plans. So now we paid a ton of money to join, but now don't have access to the classes. This place is a worse than a used car lot, total scam! Also I would say a majority of the other patrons of this gym are unemployed without a college degree and you could see them wearing Ed Hardy shirts in public. Membership is way over sold too. Good luck getting to use the free weights after 5pm. I would go right up the street to the other gym. Its cheaper and a much better environment.

cannot honestly recommend this gym under any circumstances.



This is no place for ladies and gentlemen. It is filled with young adults and that would be OK under normal circumstances but there are way too many punks, meat heads, steroid jerks, muscle heads, frat boys, rude and inconsiderate patrons.



I am 40 something and feel way out of place and uncomfortable here. Am no expert in gangsta but am fairly certain I saw a few gangster tattoos in the locker room.



The gym is spacious with plenty of weight training equipment, but the free weight area is ridiculously small compared to the total size of the gym. I am not a fan of the rubber coated weights but that is a personal preference.



I do not use the showers or walk barefooted in the locker room because it is not sanitary and needs a thorough scrubbing



The majority of the patrons are men and there is meat market mentality in the air. I rarely see anyone over 40 and only a few that are over 30 years old. When I am there after work the women seem to avoid the heavy/serious weight lifting areas



The gym is undergoing long overdue renovations and upgrades in response to the opening of Cardinal Fitness across the street. New cardio machines with individual TV sets. The functionality of the new/upgraded equipment is great, but the addition of individual TV sets has turned the place into an aesthetic junkyard.



This used to be a megaplex theatre and there is plenty of parking



The 2 stars is for the amount of equipment they have and the spaciousness of the place.
