I received a phone call from my mother who had recently visited this store. Upon leaving the store she asked an associate for some assistance in finding a particular item she had purchased prior to this visit. The associate went on to tell my mother that VS never carried that product and she would "look around" but she knew that it didn't exist. My mother was very upset and at this point the associate continued to walk around the store and my mom was directed to follow. As she approached their area of undergarments the associate told my mother she would not find anything there because that section was for "younger" people. Now, although by my own mothers preferences that may be true, the associate had NO PLACE to speak to any customer that way. Regardless of age,size,or preference she had no place speaking to any customer in that manor. Her opinion was not asked for. Therefore I give this location 1 star for discrimination of age! Very Disappointed! I assure you Niles Ohio will be losing customers as long as this type of attitude and customer service is tolerated!!!!
