Economy Taxi

I called at 4 pm they told me 10 minutes but didn't come till 5:30. I called at 4 pm and I had to be at work at 5pm. I ended up late for my job and got in trouble with my boss for being late. I don't recommend this people and there expensive. I work 5 min from my job and they charged me $25

I guess I'm giving one star because I can't give 0... We were riding behind a cab grey PT cruiser (ET053) on the 85N overpass from 285E and they threw a traffic cone out of the car!!! WHO DOES THAT? Are you trying to cause an accident and kill me??? The back right tire was also way out of alignment and wobbly so the cars don't look safe.

It was great service driver was nice and charged $10 for 7 miles.

The worst possible service I've ever experienced! Totally unprofessional, inconsiderate, and not unacceptable! I called them at 3:45pm in hopes of being at a rehearsal by 6pm which was less than 6miles away from from my apt. The receptionist told me to text my address and she would call me back with an ETA....well, she never called me back. When I called her around 3:55pm she said "my apologies the driver is 2 minutes away from my apt"...I said okay thanks. Well.....nearly an hour later (5pm) I called the receptionist back and asked what the issue was.... She said she "didn't know " what happened to the driver and I basically need to call another taxi service... no courtesy at all!! Smh!! BAD BUSINESS ETHICS PERIOD!!! This place should be reported to the BBB IMMEDIATELY!!!

My driver was old and very slow driver. In addition, he keep getting lost few times and avoided easier route that I recommend him to follow. zero with communication skills. He charged me $70 for 15 miles ride He insisted that i pay with cash or he charge me extra to use my card. Finally, he used his card charger. Overall, I had a bad experience. The old man was very lucky that i was in a rush. I would have reported driver to DOT/TC.

omg.. the worst cab service. a man answered phone very rude but i decided to use them because he say the taxi would pick up me in 10 minutes. i thought they were cheap taxi since they are economi taxi and they charge me $40 for 9 mile trips. they bring me to bus station and the driver literally threw my bags because he was in a hurry... not recomendalbe company! worthless.

Its a great and reliable taxi. I wouldnt hesitate on recommending this Taxi company to anyone who needs a reliable company.
