Sylvia is rude and they have lost a client for life!

I took my daughter there. I thought the decor was cheap and tacky. Dr oh was nice! The lady's at the front desk made me never want to go there again. They were gossiping about clients billing information as well as there uncontrollable children. There is no cause for this unprofessional behavior. Rude, tacky, tackles, I will advise for all to stay away if you want to keep your personal information personal

I was able to make an appointment with an easy phone call. I confirmed the the appointment. My daughter's first dentist appointment was with Karen for her hygienist and Dr. Milkey. They were so patent with her and make sure she felt comfortable. They did a great job and I will be back!! I will be referring family and friends to go there!

These people are charlatans. ...

These people are charlatans. Dishonest and insincere. I have taken my daughter here multiple times and every time they over bill me. A 35 dollar bill every time when my insurance covers our dental visit 100%. I have to call multiple times to make sure they bill correctly.

I guess all those flat screens have to be paid for?

The worst dental practice I have ever been to.

DO NOT GOT HERE!

I went in this month for a orthodontic consult. I could not be happier. Not only was the orthodontist honest, very knowledgeable, he's also easy on the eyes which was a plus. His assistant was so sweet and helpful and her knowledge on insurance benefits was amazing. She went over a very affordable plan that will let me get the treatment I have wanted for years and not break my bank so to speak. The customer service we received from them made me know I have chosen the right office and I will be very comfortable telling all my friends to go there. By the time we left I felt like I had known the assistant for years. It was such a personable experience, one of the best doctors appointments I have ever had by far.

A TV does not make a Pediatric Dentist

In October I took my 3 year old grandson for his first dental appointment. It was a disaster. No one took any time to explain to him what was going to happen or show him around or maybe try on a mask or glasses. The hygenist approached with a mask and special glasses and that was as far as we got. They moved us to a room where the door could be shut because my grandson was just screaming. A man came in who I assume was the dentist and he forced open his mouth and put something on his teeth, maybe flouride, no one told me. That was it. In January we get a nasty form letter saying we owe $89. I went in and talked to Rachel the office manager who told me they were having trouble with Medicaid. Medicaid had not rejected the bill but hadn't paid it either. I told her they shouldn't have even billed Medicaid because they didn't do anything. She assured me that it would all be taken care of and I wouldn't hear anything else from them. Last week we got a letter saying if we didn't pay in 5 days they would take aggressive action. So, I went back in and talked to Rachel Bernal, office manager, again. She told me that our account was flagged and we shouldn't have gotten the letter. I asked for a statement showing we didn't owe anything and she said she couldn't do that. She said the practice was having trouble with Medicaid. I don't believe that is my problem. Medicaid shouldn't have to pay for no service and we shouldn't be getting nasty letters.
