McCullough Towing

NO stars is more accurate. Call placed around 1:45pm. Stranded at a grocery store & got temporary air to get to my job close by so I could have a place to sit & wait. Off work at 6pm, still nothing. Called them & was told it would be another 1.5 hours because the first tow truck broke down & 2nd one had to go tow the 1st. ?? That's like KFC saying they ran out of chicken. Evening manager was extremely rude & kept shifting the blame saying he wasn't on duty then so he had nothing to do with it & Atlanta traffic was to blame. OK, I've lived here all my life so I yeah, I know about that! It would've helped if they kept me posted, but I got nothing. I was still very professional & more than patient. Finally, this "MANAGER" decides he's tired of me shooting down every excuse he came up with & decides to just hang up on me. Reported to both Onstar & GM Roadside. If you are going to offer crap service, at least give one call to your customers to make them aware that it'll be about 6-7 hours.
