*****IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD*****
This is the worst establishment as far as servicing your vehicle comes. I paid nearly $500.00 for front rotors and brake pads which are low quality. I brought my vehicle on a Friday and I was told by the owner to come back at 6 pm to pick up my car. Due to traffic at the Belleville Turnpike, I arrived at 6:04, however the shop was closed and lights were off. I knocked on the garage door and called the number but no one was available. I had to call off of work the next day to retrieve my car. Immediately after driving my car out of the lot, I noticed the brakes felt loose and squealed when my vehicle came to a slow stop. This squealing continued for a week until I had time to bring it to the shop. One of the workers took my car for a test drive and said there was nothing wrong with my car. The owner told me that the change I had in my cup holder was making the break squeal I was "imagining". How dare these people insult my intelligence like that. Nothing was fixed and two weeks later my brakes squeal every time I brake. Needless to say I'm nervous to drive my car and now will save up to buy new brakes again from another vendor. I cant believe that in 2013 we still have crooks taking advantage of the hard working middle class.
PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

My serpentine and water pump were replaced here. When I picked up my Jeep it was making a loud squeal-sound. I returned to this shop a day later and was told by Jeff, the mechanic (?) that this was ok. I then took my vehicle to a nearby mechanic ( I was 100 miles from home),, who informed me that the bolt to the harmonizer had been stripped, likely due to the use of improper tools. Now, 8 months later, a belt-chirp returned. I took it to my local-trusted mechanic a day later. He informed me that engine failure was imminent because of the mis-alignment of the crankshaft which is directly related to the work done on the belt assembly and harmonizer. He advised me that the cost was not practical because of the mileage on my vehicle. I had expected to get another 100K on my Jeep.
Draw your own conclusions.
As a result, I invested in a new vehicle a day ago.
