        Always professional, detail orientated and consistent. Stephanie who manages the Northbend franchise understands what excellent customer service is and expects excellence from all of her employees. She is easy to contact, responsive and happy to help.

        We have been very happy customers for over three years. I will never forget two years ago, the day before Thanksgiving, snow storm, schools canceled... In my driveway pulls the owner, Paul in his SUV with a couple of his crew in tow. He says, we knew you were hosting guests tomorrow and didn't want to leave you hanging!

        A great locally owned franchise, dedicated to customer service.

        You should really have The Cleaning Authority clean your house. They have really hard working girls that always do a great job. We can't wait to come home in the evening after they have been here. The place sparkles!!
