        Clean and dry. I had a unit for 5 years and there was no mildew damage to furniture or clothing. I liked the way the owners are there 10 hours a day. Nicest facility I have ever seen.

        Why are there so many self storage places? Do people really have this much junk to just let sit someplace? I don't understand it. Every few miles is another one.
