Executive Property Management

Not good :) unresponsive and basically don't even answer the phones, go figure ? Please look elsewhere for your property management needs

THE WORST KEEP AWAY !! AND RUN FAST

We live in one of their properties in Hillsborough. This has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do not take good care of the property. The landscaping is not kept up. We have had to put our own money and time out to make our walk way look decent. I can never get a hold of anyone at the office anytime of day. I always get a voicemail and no call back ever! I would never live here again or recommend anyone buy a place here or rent!

As a management level NJ State Government employee the past 27+ years. Mostly in the Procurement Divisions, having dealt with large corporations to minority business. I've never had the dealings with such an arrogant, unprofessional staff as from Executive Property Managements top level executive trickling down to the association manager. At this point they have sabotaged my payment history to camofloge an error on their part instead of correcting my account to its proper balance even after sending proof of all payments. With the advice of my attorney, this matter in now in the hand of the NJ State business bureau.
