Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic breadsticks online-should be pretty simple right? Wrong-told it was an hour for the delivery from when we ordered at 5:10pm-fine no big deal-at 6:15pm called and told it would be there at 6:45pm - waited, waited some more and called store at 7:15pm-delivery driver had forgot part of the order so he never delivered what he had! Then he went back to his store and didn't pick up rest of our order to bring it back-no, he told NOBODY! Never brought our food and their system actually showed the order had been delivered-delivery driver never told anyone he didn't deliver the food nor tell anyone he needed rest of the order - he just went back and acted like nothing had happened, other than not making his delivery-MAKES YOU WONDER WHAT HE WAS DOING..............AND THE BEST PART WAS WHEN WE CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER THEY TOLD THE GUY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE TO TELL US HE WAS TOO BUSY-I WILL NEVER, EVER , EVER EAT PAPA JOHNS AGAIN-EVER! WORST EVER-2 HOURS WAITING AND THEY JUST NEVER BOTHERED TO DELIVER THE FOOD BECAUSE PART OF THE ORDER WAS MISSING AND THEN NOT TELL ANYONE-THE DRIVER IS AS BIG OF A COWARD AS THE MANAGER.
