Roy's Taxi

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. (I had read 1 bad review and 2 good so I thought they had gotten their act together. Though I had called numerous times to ensure all was set I was still fearful since I never got the confirmation or the receipt I had asked for. I called my driver 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive and I think I woke him up. He said he would be a few minutes late because of traffic. Then he hung up (or was disconnected - there is bad phone service here). I tried a number of times to get him back but there was no answer. When I finally got him he was evasive as to when he would arrive. I was calling every 5 minutes not sure what I should do. He said things like the GPS took him all over and other such excuses. He finally came 25 minutes late! There was never an apology. He did not get out to help me put my bags into the car (he probably assumed why bother since there would likely be no tip). To top it they charged my card $85 when I was quoted $70 for the trip.

Roy's taxi went out of their way to help me to get to my destination. I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you so mich for the ride to the airport this morning! Inwas having a hard time finding a cab from Castleton and was so glad this ad popped up in my google search as I was about to give up. See you next year when I come back theough town. ����
