Pac West Trailers

2 hours into a 35 hour road trip with a 21 year old boat and trailer, our brakes locked up! Smoking tires, Saturday morning, we were stuck on the side of I-80 with an iPhone and a Blackberry! The boat and trailer had been serviced by a group in San Carlos who obviously had not done the job right. We were able to release the master cylinder and got moved off I-80. Thank God for technology...we found a trailer parts and supply business, got most of the parts, and then found Pac West! When we called they said "Sure, bring it in!" They had the rest of the parts we needed and within 2 hours, we were back on our way. We arrived safely to our destination with no additonal problems. Their customer service was excellent and the work was exceptional. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
