Fitness Frenzy Bootcamp is a fun and challenging exercise class designed to get you in the best shape ever! We accommodate people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Our certified instructors provide exciting and invigorating workouts in a friendly and supportive group environment. We are bootcamp without the attitude! At Fitness Frenzy Bootcamp, we strongly believe in a positive, encouraging and motivating approach to instruction rather than the usual intimidating military style of bootcamp training. Exercise does not need to be any more daunting - we want you to have fun while working out! And we want to ensure we get the very best from you. And every day is different! We mix it up by using obstacle courses, weights, cardio, static training, flexibility, circuit training and more. When you join us, you will receive a personalized Success Journal to help you achieve your fitness goals. This includes a nutrition guide and food log to help keep you on track with your diet. We also conduct fitness assessments so you can monitor your progression. And when you complete the 4-week course you will receive your well-deserved certificate of graduation!
