        Highly recommended. My personal trainer there is Ron Jones and he is absolutely wonderful. He is extremely qualified and knowledgeable. He has many years of experience, which is confirmed with his ability to design personalized training programs for a variety of different types of clients. I personally am an older female client with special needs, which is one of Ron's exceptional talents. But he has clients of all ages including teens and twenties through fifties and eighties. Executives, housewives, business professionals, young people, retired people, athletes...all of them love Ron. He has an amazing level of energy and is a great motivator. He is very attentive during the workouts and safety is his number one rule. I highly recommend him.
