Overall

We had them install a split rail fence surrounding our log home. They were exceptional. It adds a beautiful finish to our home. They were professional and timely. We will definitely use them again.

Expertise

We had the exact same experience as Teresa D.. They punctured the sprinkler, blamed us, would not fix it, the posts they installed look as if they were drunk when they did them and are not even close to being in a straight line. They will have to be removed and re-positioned. We are not having them finish the job. I hired them in 2008 to do other fencing for me when they were Sentinel Fence and they were very good then.

A big zero would be just right for this company. They totally messed up my water system with lots of holes in the line and sprinklers missing as they put the fence in, The fence is very uneven and did not follow the things I said I needed.

One Mess After Another

We hired this company to fence in our back yard. When they finally showed up I spoke with a gentlemen and told him where I wanted a gate and that I wanted it to come in 3 feet in one particular spot. Otherwise, the rest of the fence is straight. I even showed him where the post should go and he sprayed it with colored paint. He proceeded to dig holes with his auger and dropped one about a foot from my sprinkler box. When he pulled the auger up all of our sprinkler cables where wrapped around it. I then saw him call his coworker over and they both stood over the hole looking down at the mangled sprinkler mess laughing. I was a little irritated that they used a machine rather than a hand post digger to make a hole next to a sprinkler box. Unfortunately I had to leave that afternoon and when I returned later in the day much to my dismay the gentleman had missed one of the sprayed post markers on one side of the gate. Now on the side of the gate I would have one long panel at a gradu

We hired this company to fence in our back yard. First they dropped their auger right next to a sprinkler box and pulled up all our cables with it. Then they skipped a marked spot where a post was supposed to be which messed up the angle of the fence around our gate. Then they did not install the last post next to our neighbors fence to close it off. Also, some of the posts only came up 3 ft 10-11in. high, which is a problem when the pre-fabed panels are 4 ft tall. We spoke with the project manager who said he would send someone out to look at it. They came back and ripped up about a 1/3 of the newly concreted posts and reset them. However, the fence is not straight. It gradually pitches upward then slopes back down like a roof. So now there is a 5 inch gap under this pitch. The project manager said it can be dropped however I will have holes in the posts from where the old screws used to be (not only would I have ugly holes in the post, rain would rust the exposed steel)
