Mattress Firm

I wanted to leave a review, but didn't see a place to do it. I purchased a bed over the phone (we tried it out in another store, but then purchased at Mattress Firm) my husband and I ended up hating it. I called the salesman Chase back to let him know that we just couldn't keep it. He very easily could have told me that there wasn't anything he could do, but instead he got right on it and I got a call back from him when he said he would call. We went to the store in Muskegon and worked with Leah, who was just as nice as Chase. I was actually pretty surprised that the delivery guys that came were very respectful and courteous. We have purchased lots of new furniture/appliances/counter tops/carpet over the last couple of years in our new home, and have almost always had issues with the installers. I would for sure recommend the Muskegon store to anyone. Thank you Chase and Leah!
