        Overall

        L M Longley & Son goes for the jugular when it comes to collecting debts of less than $250 and that are less than 6 months delinquent. Within 4 months, they will set their lawyers on you, sue you and take you to court. They don't call you first like you might expect your friendly neighborhood local hardware store to do, they call their lawyers and take you to court to publicly humiliate and shame you.
