General Info

Doug Morrill established All Phase Hardwood Floors in 1992. He has over 25 years of hardwood floor installation, repair, and refinishing experience. Prior to owning his own company, he was an apprentice with the famed hardwood flooring master Honoki Kashawagi . When Honoki retired in 1990, he started referring clients to Doug, and encouraged him to establish AAA Hardwood Floors. Admittedly, the name was picked because of how the yellow pages list companies (alpha). In 1992, Doug sold the name to a fellow hardwood flooring installer, then changed the name of the company to All Phase Hardwood Floors to better reflect what the company does. He has been satisfying customers ever since.
