Apple Store

Went in to get info on the Mac book pro and the air because I couldn't decide between the 2. All the associate did was read me info off the website. That made my decision easy-Dell! So unfortunate because we have iPhones, iPads, and iPad minis.

I love this apple store. They are fast friendly and helpful! Bought 3 iPads from this location Because they are great and friendly. Highly recommend

I have been dealing with Apple Store 12 oaks for about 8 months. I have spent a lot of money and almost as much time with the folks there. As the product goes, well, it's apple. The problem I have with 12 oaks is the lack of customer service. Saying a lack of is generous. The genius bar employees are self righteous know-it-alls, that not only attempt to talk down to you but also assume, assume, assume. The sales people don't listen but let's face it any one can sell apple. The ONLY reason I conitnue to to go there is simply... Lack of options.
