        DONT EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME OR HARD EARN MONEY DEALING WITH THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THE POOR MANAGEMENT ESPECIALLY FROM KENDRICK FOR THE PRICE YOU CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER .PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS ON APARTMENT RATING THEY ARE NOT LIES THEY ARE INFESTED WITH MICE AND BED BUGS AND THE MANAGER COULD CARE LESS. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE FAIR HOUSING COMMISSIONER ABOUT HOW I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE IM BLACK AND THEY WANT TO FILL THE UNIT WITH WHITES AND FOREIGNERS. THE MANAGER WOULDN'T RENEW MY LEASE AND TOLD ME NOT TO TAKE IT PERSONAL..WHAT KIND OF B.S IS THAT?? . I HOPE.
