Autumn Lake Dental

I was referred to this doctor by my insurance for an emergency appointment and they got me right in on a Saturday! As soon as I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable.

As most people I don't like going to the dentist; however, this was a great experience! Dr. Joey and his staff are amazing , courteous and professional! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! (unlike my last dentist)

Since then, I've returned for a cleaning and x-rays and can say nothing but good things about them. They have a very clean office, genuinely friendly staff and I feel that they truly care about their patients. They definitely deserve 5 stars in every category! :)

I am not a huge dentist fan. Like at all. I saw that Autumn Lake Dental wad opening close to my house and thought I would schedule. After I made the appointment, the doctor personally called me to make sure I was comfortable and to see if I had any questions. I got a reminder call as well. I was greeted by the nice staff on the day of the appointment. I had a regular cleaning which was done by the doctor himself!

Very personable office. Clean. Friendly. Relaxing. And a wonderful experience. .. yes I said that about this dentist!!! Will be going back and referring friends and family.

My crown fell out and I needed a new dentist. I called Autumn Lake Dental and they got me in the same day. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Ton reviewed my case and gave me several treatment plans with detailed information so I could make an informed decision of what would be best for my dental health and budget. Oh, did I mention that all members of the staff are very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

I went in for an ortho consultation and was very nervous. I'm new to the area so looking for new doctors and dentist can be nerve racking. I went in and the receptionist was very nice, had me fill out paperwork and the wait I room was comfortable, although the temperature was a bit warm. I was called back right on time where they did a tour and I met the entire staff in duty. The Dr. Was very informative and made sure I truly understood the procedure and my options. At the end, they let me know about their discount options and even talked with me about having my 1.5 year old come in. I highly recommend them.

This was our first time at this dental office. I took my two children here, 1.5 years old and 7 years old. Since it was our first visit, I had to fill out all of the necessary paperwork for new patients. Their waiting room is very nice, clean, and kid friendly, which makes it easier to distract the kids before the visit. Before our scheduled appointment, the receptionist pulled me to the side. She informed me there was another child in an appointment who was having a procedure done and was a bit upset. She asked if I felt the children would be ok with the crying from the other child or if it would upset them, too. I let her know they would be fine but thought that was super awesome that they were thinking about how my kids would respond to the crying. Very thoughtful. The appointment rooms had televisions in them, which helped to calm my 1.5 year old. All hygeniests we encountered and Dr. Trieu Ton were extremely pleasant, calm and patient with the kids, and overall amazing! The only downside was we were there for almost 2 hours but I chalk that up to the paperwork I had to fill out, having two children with two appointments, and that our appointments were on a Saturday and they were a little busy. Overall, amazing experience and would recommend this facility to anyone!

There are friendly, upbeat,good at what they do and pay attention to what you're saying about your concerns.The facility is very nice and has the latest and greatest in technology.

They deserve 5 stars. Upon entering the office I was greeted by staff with wonderful smiles and great customer service.The office was nicely decorated and very clean. There was even coffee,Teaneck and water for clients. The dr and dental techs were friendly and explained the procedure thoroughly. This was the first time I visited a dental office where I did not have to wait. They were on schedule. I am a very satisfied customer! A.Mesina

I was a new patient w a bad tooth ache. They took me right in. Made me feel like family. Removed that tooth the same day. I went home feeling wonderful. Dr. Trieu T was amazingly gentile. I did not feel the shot & I usually scream. Also I am very hard to get numb, but one word to Dr. Trieu T & I was totally numb. What a wonderful experience! I wasn't crazy about the ex-ray room, but w/every thing else so great, who cares. If you need a new dentist for any reason, this is the one.

Very nice staff and gorgeous office! The entire staff was nice and engaged me in conversation. I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this office.
