I had my first prenatal massage there and the experience was not what I expected. I had a bit of a hard time communicating with the massage therapist which made the experience more stressful than it should have been. It was a 60-minute massage and the first half was lying on my back which made me uncomfortable both physically and mentally as I'm 22 weeks pregnant and should not be lying on my back for any extended period of time. It's not safe for the baby. This made it very hard for me to relax which is the whole point of getting a massage! Their website says the massage is lying on your side which is what I expected for the entire massage. Overall the massage felt nice but I wouldn't go back for that kind of service again. I was also disappointed they didn't have a locker room or offer robes and slippers. It just didn't seem as professional as other spas I have been to, it felt more like a hair salon trying to make more money by offering spa services. I'm debating complaining to the manager.
