Albert Pettigrew has practiced law since 1983, first as a judge advocate for the Air Force and then in a general private practice on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1987. Pettigrew is admitted to practice before all courts in Mississippi and has practiced before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Louisiana. As a team member, the firm will take the lead and keep you informed as we discover evidence, prepare for trial, negotiate and/or try your case. Professional personal attention on all matters avoids costly staff coordination and conferences. Paralegal and clerical services are billed separately from attorney professional services. Because this is a small firm, there are however downsides to the service. Professional services usually require a review of applicable law in each case. Second, professional services must be prioritized and allocated between clients. Third, clients are also part of the team and you must stay informed about the case and be ready to assist in negotiations and/or trying your case.
