I never would use this company, and I would never ever go through them for buying a house, or a rental. I still have not received the deposit back on my rental and it has been an entire year, and every time I call they beat around the bush, and tell me that I will receive all of my money back, except the 30 dollars for carpet cleaning. To bad I have still not received it. I will never even look at a house that has their signs in front of it. They are way to unorganized for my business. I am currently a home owner, and a fiance of a real estate investor so I have seen how a great business works. This is not one of them.
