PetSmart

Took my two dogs in for grooming Saturday, January 19, 2018. Let me just say, they smelled worse when leaving then when we arrived. After waiting over four hours for the grooming to be completed I would expect them to smell good for a month! The inside of my dogs ears were still dirty, matted, and the outside was greasy. The cut on my dogs face and ears was uneven, with one extremely long piece hanging off one ear. They also said that their nails did not need to be cut. I find this hard to believe and will be taking them for another grooming somewhere else. I paid $128 for this service and when I complained of my disappointment was offered a $20 e-certificate. Well, guess what, that will not pay for the additional grooming needed after visiting PetSmart in Okemos, MI.

My cat was in better shape going in than coming out - when we went to pick her up, she was soaking wet (and it was very cold outside), with clumps of (wet) fur hanging off of her, and, last but not least, wet feces on her bottom!
