Currently, Bob Mills Furniture has five locations, Oklahoma City, Amarillo, Texas, Lubbock, Texas, Odessa, Texas and Temple, Texas. Plans are currently in the works to open a sixth store in Waco, Texas. The main headquarters is located in Oklahoma City and serves as a distribution center for its other stores. The company employs over 250 employees with some being with the company for over 25 years. They will gladly take your money but drag their feet when it comes to service. Which is especially disturbing in this era of companies wanting to receive Excellent reviews. First, I bought a $3,000 mattress and when they delivered the bed frame, took the mattress off the existing frame, folded the mattress and the backing ripped. This happened on June 4th. Someone is supposed to come today to see it up. Don’t know how you’re supposed to flip a mattress as suggested when the bottom material is do flimsy it rips easily and is not the same material as the top. Also purchased a $5,000 rug which we were told is stain proofed. Still waiting on the rug expert to fix that problem where the dog, unfortunately, threw up. Still have more furniture to buy but not sure can get at Bob Mills. Buyer beware

Two weeks ago my husband and I bought a living room set and a bedroom set. We shopped around and went to about 6 other stores first. The minute we walked into Bob Mills we were greeted by Tammi, who was amazing. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and showed us pieces that stayed in our budget.
I cant say enough good things about my experience shopping here. We were never pushed or rushed into buying anything. Everyone from the sales team to the gentlemen in truck #21 who came and delivered and set up our furniture was professional and friendly.
I will recommend Bob Mills to anyone who may be looking for quality furniture at reasonable prices and I will definitely be back to finish 9ff the rest of my house.
Last year we bought a living room furniture group and still love it as much as the day we bought it. The service we received was prompt, friendly and professional.
We went back a few weeks ago and got the Bed test. We got matched to a Dormeo Couture mattress and moved our Tempurpedic to the guest room. It has officially been two nights of sleeping in heaven. Purchase number two and Bob Mills knocked it out of the park again. I'm a happy customer.

Benny waited on us as we purchased a bedroom suite today; he was thorough, friendly, patient, and accommodating.
Mr. Mills' wife, Margaret, has purchased many things from our estate sales over the years, and it was truly a pleasure to reciprocate by buying from Bob Mills Furniture this afternoon.
We will very likely return to buy more furniture pieces in the near future, as we're busily redecorating our own home.
When we return, we will most assuredly ask for Benny.

I bought a sofa, love seat, recliner, and dining room table from Bill Mills and my service was good until I received the furniture. The table legs were damaged and it has been over two months and the legs are still on back order. The sofa was also defective and the reclining part of the sofa would not latch. Bob Mills attempted to deliver the sofa 4 more times and every time the sofa had the same defect. I was informed by Bob Mills that all the sofas in their stock were the same way. After this many attempts to get a good piece of furniture, I just wanted Bill Mills to take it back. Bob Mills said there would be a restocking fee for them to take back the delivered broken furniture and I would still have to pay for shipping. I have called Bob Mills 2 to 3 times a week to resolve these issues. I keep getting the run around and keep being told that someone will call me back, which has still not happened after 10 weeks. I would not buy anything from them again because once Bob Mills Has your money they don’t care.

They don't have a warranty. You pay $1,000 and it doesn't even last 2 years. They blame it in their manufacturers so they don't have to stand behind a warranty!

I had the worst experience purchasing a mattress and bed frame the other day. The salesman, "doctor", and "pillow bartender" we're extremely misleading on how much things were actually going to cost... So, after spending about $3000 I asked to by a duvet off one of the show beds, and they tried to charge me $400.... Suck it guys....

I recently purchased a Futura Canyon leather sectional that was over $3k. After getting it home, the leather seemed thin and cheaply made, frankly it felt fake, and it didn't even smell like leather! The seats sunk in sloppily and the seat cushions tried to slide off the front when you sat down. After exactly 3 weeks, I was fed up. I have tried to call and speak to the sales mgr, Josh, who basically said I was stuck with this purchase, that their return rule was 5 days, no exceptions. $3K!!! I asked him for the opportunity to at least exchange this huge purchase. He is supposed to return my call. I will post an update when he does. I am a single mother who works and goes to school full time and this is not a purchase I feel good about.
***UPDATE. According to Josh the "Sales Manager", he "did me a favor" to not charge me the restocking fee the last time I followed all the rules and exchanged a purchase withing 5 days, but now he "will" charge me, as if it's his arbitrary decision to make. I wonder how many Bob Mills customers have paid a delivery and restocking fee because Josh didn't feel good that day? It would be $147 for delivery, and the "restocking fee" for the exchanged set is $265, so we are talking $412 dollars to obtain satisfaction for my purchase. When I asked to speak to his manager, he told me that his name was Trey Morris, but that Trey would not help me at all, that he will not want to even do the exchange since I am out of my 5 day rule. I believe that Bob Mills Furniture is fully capable of exchanging my purchase for $0, but they are choosing to make it difficult and expensive for me to do so in the hopes that I will go away. This is my 4th furniture purchase from this store and I will never purchase anything or recommend Bob Mills Furniture again. In just a 3 week time, I have a $3k dollar debt for a shoddy sofa, no refunds, and no exchange. Thanks Bob Mills. This is a terrible way to do business.

I was in the market for a mattress recently and stopped in to look. The sleep spa and the commercials with the blonde back Dr. are a joke. I was not impressed with the prices or the quality of some of the mattresses. The entire place has a trailer furniture feel to it and I was just not inclined to purchase anything in this store! After shopping several other stores in the metro I settled on a much smaller store with as good or better prices. The quality and selection was just as good and the sales person was not as "pushy". A big store, TV advertising and a rented blonde Doctor????? do not always make for the best deal in furniture, bedding or anything else. It usually means the store is desperate to make a sale to pay for it all and that is exactly the impression I got from your store Mr. Mills.

We spent about 2 hours across the street, and could not find anything that my wife and I could agree upon, I was more concerned with quality of the purchase, my wife with style. Within 10 minutes in Bob Mills we found what we were looking for, quality, style, and comfort. Sofa and love seat grouped together. We decided to add a recliner to the mix, to complete our purchase. Then my wife spotted a sofa table and coffee table that would go nicely with our end tables already at home. Throw it all together $3378.00 later on a cash sale. Pretty nice haul on commissioned sales. Mr. Tizzio our sales person would not budge on the price, and that is OK, we got what we wanted. We asked them to hold it for a couple weeks until we moved to our new house, they said they could not, " We compete with the big boys and need to move it." Not much else exchanged, except our money from our pockets to Bob Mills Furniture, everything in stock and ready for delivery on Wednesday. Now it has been awhile since we have bought new furniture, gas was about $1.25 a gallon, but usually get free delivery especially when you spend that kind of money. After all we live only about 6 miles from them. Get home and start lookig at the invoice and they hit us for $155.00 for delivery charge. I know I can haul it cheaper with a uhaul so I cancel delivery. Then the lady tells us that the sofa table is back ordered and it should be here in two weeks. WHAT! My wife explains that to pick it up we have to rent a trailer and they told us it was all in stock, if we can't pick it all up at one time they would have to deliver the piece that was back ordered. The csr said she would get hold of Michaels boss and work it out with her. NO CALL. 4 Hours pass, the phone rings. Michael from BMF. "Just letting you know we found a sofa table in the box but it was missing some handles, we ordered them and they came in today so you are all ready to go all 5 pieces". I tell them I will be in in a little bit to pick them up. We have to finish paying the $412.00 our check card would not let us put on it for our daily spending limit. My wife goes into pay and I drive to the loading area, she comes over and shows me the invoice. AS IS NO RETURN OR EXHANGES- on the sofa table. Red flags are flying, another salesman came over and said the if the item was black tagged it was a discontinued item. My wife walked over to the floor model and seen it was red tagged, items that are continually stocked. After being in the loading area for about 1 hour because they can't find the sofa table they have one, but it is in the damaged area. The warehouse supervisor listens to our story and goes to talk to the sales managers boss. He finally comes out and resolves the issue agrees to deliver the item that was out of stock. Now as I have wrote this I am torn how to review, the sales team seems to be a little shady in there but there are truly people that are doing the right things. I only say a sale might be sale, but customers are your life. Do not lie to me to just make the sale because your compeitors are always willing to take my business.
