Complete Home Rentals

I think back now we should have given a 30 day notic but that doesn't matter. Over night while we were at our new house they changed the lock on us. We called them about it even saying we're calling the housing people on them. And Channel 4. The woman got mad (Tammy) and yelled at my husband not to thrighten her. We told them when they came to open the door that we weren't done packing and needed the key. They told us they didn't have to give it to us. They didn't give us a 30 day or anything. And if they try to say they evicted us, when they didn't I'm taking them to court.

I was a tenant of one of their properties. I was given notice of the new amount due for rent effective the next month. I paid my rent on the day it was due. I read the new amount due of the rent wrong and gave a check that was short one dollar (yes, one dollar) and the person that looked up my rent payment never mentioned it or attempted to correct me. About 2 weeks late I get a 5 day eviction notice from the courts for one dollar. Ridiculous!!!!! Look around, only use as a last resort.
