Rockwell Pet Clinic

Knowledgeable, compassionate, and all around fantastic crew!! They have just proven to be way above my highest expectations every step of the way! Our Airedale terrier Rozie got PARVO and has needed around the clock ICU level care for which they have they have given her 110%, it's looking like our Rozie just might pull through this and that has everything to do with her care team! I would definitely recommend ROCKWELL PET CLINIC 100/100!!

Took my dog into rockwell vet on Wed,July 5,2017 to get 2nd opinion on his heart murmur and his meds. Dr.Leslie Wiewel drastically reduced his lasix. On Fri,July 7,2017 at 7:30am I took my dog back to Rockwell vet. He was visibly and audibly in respiratory distress. The lady in pretty pink scrubs at the desk only wanted to know if we had an appointment. She stated there was no doctor there and once doc arrived at 9am there were other appointments scheduled anyway. She stated I could leave my dog there and doc could see him once they got there or I could schedule appointment and come back later. My dog died later that day. I've been to Rockwell Vet on other occasions and had never experienced the callousness or lack of compassion exibited that morning. My old dude was on his way out, Dr.Wiewel just expedited things for us....RIP HARVdawg

Dr. Wiewel is amazing. I have the utmost respect for her as she has the utmost respect for the animals she serves, and the humans that come with those animals. I have been seeing Dr. W. for 1 year now having moved to this area. I had a 14 y.o. dog and I have never experienced the compassion of a vet that I experienced with Dr. W. Her office staff have always been kind, so I'm confused with a lot of the comments - but they are 3 years old...

We travel 45 minutes to Gary McNeil. He is simply the best more caring and most knowledgeable veterinarian we have EVER had. He will return calls and speak personally with you any time. I have yet to find a doctor for myself that I like anywhere near as much as I do Gary. I have 3 dogs two are now around 11 years old and he takes the very best care of my furry babies.

Gary is the best vet in the world!! I wouldn't go any where else

I admit the front room staff isnt great and the medical care they give is not the best, but the groomer there , Dana, is the best ive ever seen. She is a master with scissors and delivers show quality work every time!

I've taken my pets to this clinic since I moved to OKC 6 years ago. I have never had an issue with anyone there. They were SUPER kind to me when I had to put down my dog and cat (at different times) that I'd had for over 14 years. I have adopted a kitten from them and had no problems there. I now take my new dog and 3 cats there and still have never had an issue.

The best place ever!!! I have 2 dogs 1 female (the oldest) 1 male (the puppy) I had a vet in which I used for over 2 years for both of my dogs. My baby boy was acting weird for months and every time I called my "old" vet they told me it was growing pains and gave me pain pills. (now I know better) Pain pills for a puppy!!!! Something is very wrong. I came home at lunch and my 1 year old was on the floor paralyzed. I freaked out and called them and told them i needed help immediately.They told me unless I had all the money up front they were not going to touch him, they helped my older one give birth to him!!! So heartless!! As I called around I realized all of them were like this. I called Rockwell Pet clinic and they immediately asked for as much information as possible and told me to bring him in immediately. They never told me money first, like everywhere else. (i mean come on they will have my dog of course I have to pay you to get him back!!!!!) When we got there Dr McNeil immediately took a look at him and started him on medication and treatments. They called me to give me updates every day and allowed me to visit whenever i wanted (FYI I was there everyday and on weekends and with a smile and hello they let me invade their space). By day 2 my baby was diagnosed with Lymes Disease (yeah growing pains my left foot) and if you ask anyone when Lymes disease hits your nervous systems its pretty much won. Knowing this I look back and realize that Dr. McNeil and his staff knew this but never gave up they exerted all options and took such great care of him all while helping keep my spirits up. I spent a lot of time there and watched them treat all animals and people the same with their kindness and caring. They were the most amazing TEAM and i say TEAM because i mean it they all worked so well together to make sure my baby was well taken care of they sincerely spoiled us!! I will never go any where else they cared so much about my baby when they didn't know him or me. Now a days you walk into a vet office and you are treated like a number not to mention they hit your pocket books knowing that you pet is a family member. They were more interested in getting him to feel better than how much to charge. Also I felt like I left my baby in the hands of family members!! DON'T GO ANY WHERE ELSE YOU WILL REGRET IT NO VET OFFICE IS AS WELCOMING AND CARING AS ROCKWELL PET CLINIC!!!!!

I have takin my dogs in tho the clinic more then once and usually every one in there is amazing. Just this last time I was in there was a young lady, Allison working that day and she was very hateful. She had the I don't care attitude like she didn't care about the animals or even being there. Attitudes like hers is what is causing me to take my business else where. Good luck on keeping clientele with employees like that
