        AWFUL!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. RESERVED A 16 FT TRUCK AND DOLLY ONLINE AND WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK IT UP THEY HAD NO 16 FT TRUCKS AND NO DOLLYS. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE BUDGET A SHOT BECAUSE IT WAS A LITTLE BIT CHEAPER THAN UHAUL, BUT IN THE END I WISH I WOIULD HAVE JUST GONE WITH UHAUL. THE EXTRA MONEY WOULD HAVE BEEN WORTH IT FOR ALL THE STRESS, INCONVIENENCE, AND POOR CUTOMER SERVICE BUDGET PUT US THROUGH.
