They sold and installed a new furnace. The price was competitive and they were able to install it within two days during the very busy season. I would definitely do business with Pacific Air again, and highly recommend them.

The contractor has cleaned up after their work every evening. It is an involved install as the furnace needed to be relocated. The installers are courteous and gone above and beyond the install. They even fixed the connection to the bathroom fan vent which had pulled loose prior to their arrival. You can tell that it is about doing the job right and satisfying the customer.

We have had them repair our furnace twice, and to install a heat pump-air conditioner in a rental unit. They are punctual, professional, courteous and always did an excellent job. They take the time to explain the work they will do, and accurately estimated the cost. They don't try to sell you a new furnace when minor repairs will do the job as did another company.
