Secure It Self Storage at Cooper Point

I vacated 12 days prior to my month being up. Due to COVID-19, their office was closed when I went to give my notice and the sign indicated they were only open on Sunday and Monday. Since I was moving prior to the next Sunday, and I had already packed my contract, I called and left a detailed message that I was vacating and asked that I be called back to let me know what I needed to do. No one ever called me back, and I believe that was intentional. With a move and new house and all that entails, just one day prior to my month being up, and on a Sunday, I finally realized I had never heard back from them, so I called and was told I was going to still be billed for another month since I didn't provide a WRITTEN 10-day notice. Though they have a nice facility, go find somewhere else for your storage needs. Hopefully, you'll find more honest people to deal with.
