Billy Frogg's Grill & Bar

I just wanted to inform management & the owner of Billy Froggs in downtown Omaha, Nebraska how bad the bartender and waitresses treats customers. My girlfriend and I each ordered a drink. I ordered a cosmopolitan and my friend a margarita. He bartender, wearing a red tie, asked my friend if she wanted a "good or bad tasting drink." Then he suggested she get a "Patron margarita if she wants it to taste good because the house tequila tastes like crap.". We get our drinks and my cosmo has a very light pale pink appearance and tastes like watered down vodka with a drop of cranberry. My friend tasted it and said it was horrible and she wouldn't drink it either. I told the waitress and she got the bartender. I told him my drink didn't taste good & that it had no flavor. He said "how can it have no flavor?". My friend told him she even tasted it & said it was horrible. I told him to taste it and he said " I don't drink.". Then both him and the waitress just walked away from our table not even asking if I would like a different drink or telling me they wouldn't charge me for it. He was actually acting insulted & argued with me "the paying customer"!!!! I will never go back there again and I'm putting my experience on social media websites so everyone can see!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I've EVER HAD!!!!!. I want the regional manager to know this and I'm disputing both the $17.00 charge for our two drinks and the $18.51 charge for our food!!! Both the bartender & waitress ignored us and never came back to our table the rest of the time. Come to find out when I asked the cook,in the back of the restaurant, who the manager is he said the manager is the bartender in the red tie!!!. OMG!!!

Went here because no one was open on the 4th of July. Terrible food!! They served me a raw hamburger!!! VERY dirty inside.

GREAT food, the hot dogs are HUGE and the atomsphere is exciting
