Bad customer service, front desk ladies are so unprofessionals, you can be at the front desk for someone to help you, they continue to talk about their personal life or what they are going to eat for lunch,placing order for food,they don't care if people are waiting at the desk,after waiting for almost 2 hours,finally I asked if I was going to be call soon, with in 15 minutes after waiting for 2 hours,they told me that they couldn't performed the blood test I needed, I spoked with the manager, her response was: sorry did not see the work order the day before.bad customer service!!!
