Nice selection of merchandise. Poor customer service. It's difficult to find someone to help you find something or answer your questions.
Every time I have gone there it took forever to get the material I needed cut. Check out was no different.
Most of the cashiers take a while to ring people up and on one occasion a cashier was carrying on a very lengthy conversation about a family member and their personal life. When another waiting customer asked if there was another cashier available she rudely told us she was providing customer service and continued to talk.
If it weren't for their selection and good discounts I wouldn't bother going there.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. they were known for their excellent customer service in the past and they were trained to give excellent service, what happened? is this the same company that wanted to be known for repeat service? I think not!!

Although it's usually hard to find someone to help you if you need it, Jo Ann's has a great selection. You can almost always find whatever you're looking for here.
