Price Small Engines

My zero turn Toro locked up with me today and when cranked would not move. I called Price Small Engine and they said if I could bring it right in, they could probably get right to my mower. I did and they repaired it within a short time and the price was less than the estimate I had been given. I am very satisfied and whenever I have a need for maintenance or repair, I will take my mower here.

Took my Toro mower in as the self propel feature was not working well. They adjusted a cable at no charge and loaded it in the back of my car. I will buy my next mower there as Lowes and Home Depot do not service what they sell.

I called ahead and told them what the problem was and that my mower was under warranty they said the problem might not be covered...I said ok...they said to bring it in. AFTER I loaded up the mower AND unloaded it at their shop they informed me although they are listed as a factory authorized Lawn-Boy service Center they refused to work on my under warranty lawn mower because I didn't buy it from them (I told them that on the phone)...Oh yes I'm MAD!

Rip off. They have about 80% mark up on parts over the MSRP listed by manufacter. Needed a part to fix mother in laws mower asked about the mark up and lady at the counter just smiled. Would recommend finding another dealer to do business with.
