UPS Customer Center

UPS keep fucking up! First I received a part for my vehicle and looks like they dropped from an airplane. I arranged with the company that send it so I can send it back so they can send me a replacement at their expenses. Well I repack the part and waited the whole day for the UPS driver to find out that the driver lied to his supervisors saying that he/she came in to my house and there was no one. I called UPS to get the driver rerouted back to my house and once again they lie to me saying the he will be in my house in an our. Almost three hours later I call back and get with Shaolanda that told me that I SHOULD receive a call tomorrow from the Phenix City AL station to schedule the delivery/pick up! Their service is becoming worst than any other in the competition and in top of that the quality and honesty of their drivers and handlers has become questionable. UPS let me remind you that in your business the customers are everything but if your employees don’t understand the point then I will see you ending like Sears or any other big franchise!
