        Overall

        Worst Zaxby's in town. They use old grease (which you can smell when you drive up), making the food pretty much in edible. Despite the convenience, I refuse to go again until they learn to cook their food properly.

        My husband and I waited 15 minutes after pulling up in drive thru for our family's order. We finally got the order and my husband opens his chicken finger plate box and it is missing the cole slaw? Pause. That's weird. Oh well. Continues to eat his chicken. Then grabs the bread to eat and there is a bite missing from the toast. A perfect bite missing complete with teeth marks. I think they recycled someone's meal and gave it to us. SO GROSS! Never eating there again.
